The Ta152C was a development of Focke-Wulf Fw190 series. Designed as a High-altitude High-speed day fighter/interceptor, it was big, sleek and more powerful than its predecessors. the prefix was changed from "Fw" to "Ta" to recognize the contributions of Kurt Tank who headed the design team.
Ta152C-1: Small wing, armed with one engine-mounted 30 mm MK 108 cannon and four 20 mm MG 151/20 cannons (two above the engine, two in the wing roots).
